David Woodfin is a photographer and filmmaker with over a decade of experience in the industry. He lives and works in Northern New Mexico.
He is a full-time media production specialist at Los Alamos National Laboratory providing promotional, editorial, and event photography to over 14,000 employees and the Department of Energy. He serves as the subject matter expert on institutional photography and provides support to other photographers at the Lab.
In his remaining time, he explores the endless frontier of the Land of Enchantment. He enjoys capturing: the calm of the high desert, footprints in the dusty soil, monsoon clouds in a deep blue sky; the history of the ground he walks on, the people he meets, and the places he finds; the half-life of infrastructure and the future monuments that we take for granted today.
